Lets Help All Breathe

As our country battles the second wave of the Covid 19 pandemic, there are lots of sections of the society that is suffering . Manahprasada endeavours to help the needy in small ways by launching the

Lets Help All Breathe initiatives.

Through these initiatives we are trying to help home makers who have lost the opportunity to earn a living , distributing free food and masks to the needy , partnering with social service organizations to contribute to community feeding of stray dogs and providing free counselling services to address mental health issues.

Initiatives

We have launched the following four initiatives to address various needy sections of the society

01 Aksh- Strokes for Hope

Natyachitra

Manahprasada partners with Natyachitra Arts to help the transgender community with essential commodity kits during this pandemic. Four exquisite paintings by Dr. Himanshu Srivastava of Natyachitra Arts would be put up for sale and auction starting July 2nd . Proceeds from this sale/auction will be used to distribute essential commodities to the transgender community.

02 Weaver Community

Vimor Foundation

Manahprasada partners with Vimor Handloom Foundation to help the weaver community who are going through difficult times due to the pandemic. The first of these initiatives is to support the Solidarity Sale and encourage our community to purchase cotton sarees, towels and fabrics to help this community.

03 Free Meals

Nammaneoota

Free meals distribution to the needy sections in partnership with Nammane Oota. Through this initiatives we connect the people who want to contribute to the cause with a homemaker cook whose ability to earn an income has been impacted. The meals thus prepared are then distributed to various sections of the society

04 Free Masks

pinkplum Makers

Free masks are being distributed to the needy sections in partnership with Pinkplum Makers.Through this initiative the donors can order sets of masks that will then be distributed to the needy. Pinkplum makers is run by a homemaker whose ability to earn a reasonable income has been impacted by the current situation.

05 Mental Health

Lifenliving.org

Parterning with Mrs Vasantha Vaikunt from Lifenliving.org we bring free counselling sessions for people. This pandemic has increased the stress levels in the people and this service aims to give a means for people to talk about their issues and get guidance.

06 Care for Animals

Div n Dee

Manahprasada partners with Div n Dee Dance Company and Care Foundation to contribute to community feeding of stray dogs. Div N Dee will conduct zoomba sessions and proceeds of the same will be donated to CARE foundation to be used for feeding of stray dogs.

07 Quarantine Home Support

The Finer Side

Manahprasada Collaborates with The Finer side to help reach out to quarantine homes and artist community to help distribute free meals this lock down .This initiative is focused on people who need home cooked food and underprivileged families who are struggling with Covid for food .
